WHAT ABOUT ARLENE?

Arlene has 25+ years selling to corporate America where she specialized in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) at Unisys Corporation. As a consistent Presidents Club achiever, she turned her success to real estate and has been buying and selling homes for the last 12 years. After owning 6 homes on the water in Orange County and Channel Islands, Arlene brings her enthusiastic passion to help people find their dream home at or near the beach. Using her expertise in understanding the customer's needs, and her ability to transform fixer properties to dream homes, Arlene is specializing in beach and marina areas where she owns a main channel boat dock home in Channel Islands.   

Arlene lives the good life!  My husband Keith and I live on the main channel in Mandalay Bay and I have a passion for selling the lifestyle of living and working on the water.  My husband and I enjoy cruising the channels in our electric boat “Liquid Limo” multiple times a week.  As the #1 selling agent in the harbor, I'm often overheard talking about how easy it is to sell homes in the harbor because we love the lifestyle in the Channel Islands harbor.  We're ususually seen boating to a restaurant, to the Yacht Club or just to friends homes.  Arlene's fortunate to have a husband that is a general contractor who helps all her clients whether their buying or selling. We're a great team and we can provide 100% satisfaction to our clients.  Arlene often teases her potential clients that her car drives down Victoria Avenue to Channel Islands Blvd. to Wooley and back (the streets that border the harbor!)
 
We have fun taking clients for a boat tour of the harbor and stopping off at the yacht club for drinks and snacks. I am extremely active in the harbor and have served on the board of the 744 homes in Mandalay Bay. We also put on an annual “trash clean up” day where Keith and I provide dumpsters and all the manpower to help our neighbors with cleaning up the area. Also, with 3 brothers that are firemen, I support the local fireman and help with the Christmas Spark of Love toy drive every year.

Currently, Arlene has 10 listings in the harbor.  Its a great specialty to know all these boat dock homes!
